Addressing the online audience today, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji spoke of the challenging times we are experiencing as a global community. He elaborated on where and how we can find the strength and courage to keep going.

We are living in a time filled with pain and suffering, said the spiritual Master. So many have been impacted as the pandemic wreaks havoc around the world. It is a time when many dear ones have left us, many are in critical condition, and many others are unable to receive the care they need. When we are filled with pain in life, where can we find the strength to keep going? Recalling similar events from history, he reminded us that such times are not permanent and that “this too shall pass.”

Sant Rajinder Singh Ji said that difficulties come in our lives, but they also go away. To find the strength to face these passing difficulties, we need to have faith in God, the greatest power in creation. Those who have faith in God are anchored steadily in God’s love. To realize and experience God, we need to go within. This can happen through the process of meditation when we take our attention away from the world and focus it within ourselves. As we do so, we embark on the inner journey and connect with the divine love of God that is awaiting us within. When we connect with the unending love and bliss of God we gain the strength to weather the storms in this ephemeral world.
